Dr. BHARATI DESAI graduated from Government Dental College, India in 1978. After coming to the U.S. in 1979, Dr. Desai attended special course offered by UCLA Dental School designed for foreign Dentist and received her California Dental License in 1981. Dr. Desai has been practicing for over 29 years. She has been in her current location for 19 years. Since she began practicing dentistry, Dr. Desai kept up to date by attending many continuing educational classes almost every year, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Dr. Desai completed advance course offered by CLINICAL FOUNDATION OF ORTHOPEDICS & ORTHODONTICS in 1989. Since then she has successfully treated many patients in need for Orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Desai has also completed advance Cosmetic Dentistry course in LUMINEERS by CERINATE.
Dr. Desai has been involved in charitable work at Free Dental Clinics. She received an appreciation plaque from THE LOS ANGELES FREE CLINIC, which she displays in her office with pride and gratitude.
Dr. Desai is an avid reader of Dental Journals as well as books. She finds great pleasure in researching through dental archives for occasional unusual case. Also she finds time to enjoy light workouts like walking, yoga for health and also finds time for her favorite another relaxation activities: cooking for family & her office Staff!
